I’ve never owned a top like this one. The sleeves are long and flashy with the ruffles but it was a hit during the Create & Cultivate conference last month in Atlanta. I wore it with beige/white culottes and pointy black flats. Although I would have preferred to wear this outfit with heels, since the conference was all day long, I opted for black flats. Contrary to what most people think, for me navy and black mix great; outfits look so elegant with this mixture as well as black and camel. What do you think?
