Spend a Friday night with Papa Johns Gluten Free Crust Pizza

Friday night was all about relaxing. Do you ever have those days when after running around for a while you finally stop and all of the sudden you get a feeling of being really TIRED? This was the case for me on Friday. Came home from a day at the spa, courtesy of my boss, finished up some work stuff (you still work when you get a day of pampering!), ordered the new Papa John’s gluten free crust pizza, cleaned my nails and watched some tv.

About two weekends ago I tried Papa Johns at my friends house and LOVED it. Didn’t know what to expect of the gluten free crust pizza but it turns out, the crust is as crispy as I like it and it’s thin (made with ancient grains) so it doesn’t fill you up as much – which I really appreciate. It was just my mom and I at home on Friday night, so we ordered the small gluten free crust pizza with pepperoni and it was enough for the both of us!
