Miami Swim Week
Last weekend I was invited by Zico Coconut Water to attend Miami Swim Week “Funkshion” and it was such an honor. It was my first Swim Week and although I attended only the Sunday’s shows, it was perfect! In my house we have always been big fans of coconut water; growing up in Ecuador, we are used to drinking coconut water out of the actual coconut and it’s great to see a brand that has taken that and translated it into a product that is real. Me in particular, enjoy drinking plain, natural coconut water 🙂
I enjoyed learning more about the brands during Swim Week as it was my first time attending a “fashion shows” of this category. Here I will show you my favorite pieces from the brands For Love & Lemons and Maaji which were my favorite. I love the colorful prints, the feminine touches and the relaxed, effortless styles the brands portrayed.
To be honest, I didn’t know what to wear to the shows but I remembered this cute set my sister recently bought at Target and thought it was the perfect color for the shows!

I want to thank the Zico team, specially the South Florida team for their hard work during Swim Week and for making it possible for both Luis and I to attend the shows. It was an amazing experience and it made me really happy to be there enjoying the night in Zico’s name.
