Apparently, I’ve been eating about the same thing every week this month but to be honest, I’m not tired of it. I like the routine of good, healthy food. Over the weekends, there’s always that ice cream, or burger or pizza, like last Friday but overall, during the workweek my meals look like this. For dinner, I had a bowl is spinach with 2 oz. of brown rice, 4 oz. of grilled chicken and mushrooms. Oh! And I added vinaigrette.

For the 4th of July, we went to Naples for the weekend and I chose to eat well. Eggs, tomatoes and oatmeal. I didn’t add any dried fruit because most of the times those are full of sugar… so just cinammon here.

Breakfast shake: 1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened) – 1 scoop of chocolate protein – 4 strawberries – 1/2 a banana. Creamy, creamy!

Last week, I was really busy with with my full-time job so I tried to eat extra clean to keep my energy levels high. Lots of salad!

Over the weekend, waiting for the BBQ to be ready. Instead of turning to chips and salsa or bread with olive oil… I prepared this for me and Luis liked it, so I made him one also 🙂 A little snack! – 1/2 cup of coconut milk – 1/2 cup of water – 4 strawberries – 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder.
