Vegan Chocolate Chia Pudding
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons of agave
- 1–2 packets Kiwami Greens
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8–1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, to taste
Prep: Mix everything together and place in fridge over night. In the morning… serve with your desired toppings!
