How we are building healthy habits with Kiwami Greens

We love anything that speaks “healthy”, as its the lifestyle we seek but we are very guilty of going outside our norms and indulging a bit too much – which often makes us feel bloated and potentially with an new zit on our foreheads.

For me (Belen speaking) greens is the last thing I think about when eating any meal; being a good “Latina”, rice, beans, plantains and so on are my lunch/dinner staples often leaving out veggies; that’s why I loved the idea behind Kiwami Greens; inspired by the Japanese tradition of Aojiru, a traditional Japanese greens blend known for its superior nutritional properties, Kiwami Greens comes in individual packages crafted to complement your daily intake of vegetables in the most convenient way!

Kiwami Greens blend is made out of: Young Barley Leaf, Ashitaba, Matcha and Sencha to deliver a boost of vitality that you can taste and feel.  Kiwami Greens also contains a prebiotic ingredient (Fructo-oligosaccharides) and a type of vegetable polyphenol (EMIQ) to boost your healthy lifestyle. What are these things called prebiotc AND why are they important? We asked the same thing. Here’s the complete explanation.

Although you can mix Kiwami Greens with water and drink it everyday, we wanted to give you guys another idea of how you could use the Kiwami Greens powder. Here’s the recipe we did for a great breakfast!
