A Hint of life shares home workout routine for abs

How true is this? It’s all in the mind. The mind has the power to attract beautiful things. Everything is possible and I’m a true believer of this, all we have to change is our attitude. When you think you can’t do something, think again. If someone else did it, why can’t you?

One of my major frustrations is finding time and the energy to workout during the week. I have always wanted to have this lean, toned body and although I’m still not there, I made a decision to do it. It will take time but dedication is all I can give. I try to work out 3 times per week after work for about 45 min. If I’m not able to make it to the gym 3 times a week, I turn to a home workout during the weekend! (When I made my decision about my fitness, I realized that the weekend is also valuable for workouts, don’t waste your free time).

I prepared a fast ab routine for all you to try at your home! It won’t take more than 15 min. Between each exercise take a 30 second rest. Repeat the routine 3 times.

Once you repeat each exercise 3 times, your abs should be burrrning!!! Remember also that abs are created at the kitchen! No matter how hard you work on your abs, you have to eat clean to help your abs strengthen. Next week on Wednesday, I will show you “Ab friendly food”.
