I’m assuming you are already counting down the days for the weekend… (Who isn’t?). Over the weekend, I did a 30 minute workout with my sister and thought it would be a good option for a mid-week workout pick me up.
Remember that the worst thing about a workout is starting it. Fill yourself up with motivation to get started and you’ll be grateful 30 minutes after. I love circuit workouts rather than the routinary hour long workout because THEY. ARE. NOT. BORING. and time flyyyyesss by. Today, when you get home from work, give this workout a try and remember to eat something healthy afterwards.
