My After-Work Routine: Unwinding During Pregnancy
What’s the first thing you do after work? For me, now that I’m pregnant, the first thing is definitely a hot shower and changing into my incredibly soft PJs.
My nighttime routine starts around five, and honestly, I love every second of it. It’s my time to unwind, relax, and take care of myself before the day ends. Here’s what a typical evening looks like for me:

Once I’m all bundled up in my cozy pajamas, it’s time to slow down even more. I’ve been reading a few pregnancy books lately, and they’ve been such a great way to prepare for what’s ahead while also helping me relax before bed. It’s my little moment of peace before I drift off to sleep.
