I have done all kinds of workouts. High intensity, high impact, low impact, yoga, pilates, spinning, etc. I love sweating and the feeling after a good workout. Well, two weeks ago, I had the opportunity to try BARRE! Wow! What an intense workout. I was shaking from the warm-up and when I got home, I was already sore.
A group of bloggers from South Florida, had the opportunity to workout at The Barre Code in Miami with master trainer Jo Murdock and it was an intense hour. I had been wanting to try barre for a long time and now I know why everyone is obsessed with it; I like that you basically workout with your body weight therefore you will gain lean muscle.
If I have the chance again, I will definitely go to The Barre Code Miami! The entire staff was really friendly and the workout was well led by Jo 🙂
