I love mug cakes!
I’m not going to lie, I was a little scared about the mystery flavor from Sparkling Ice this summer… didn’t know what to expect. BUT, when I tried it, I knew I could make a yummy mug cake with it. Tropical flavors with a little bit of chocolate. I love contrasting flavors.

I basically used my regular mug cake recipe and just traded almond milk with Sparkling Ice. Here are the details:
- 2 tablespoons of sparkling ice mystery flavor (Guess what the flavor is and win something cool!)
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop of arbonne chocolate protein
- 1 1/2 scoops of arbonne vanilla protein
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of stevia
- Blend both the liquids and the powders together until you have a nice consistency and then add sugar free dark chocolate chips. I like to mix again so the chocolate chips end up all throughout the cake.
Microwave for 90 seconds, until cake is firm but not burned. Be careful!

Then, flip the mug cake out of the mug and place on a plate.
Sprinkle with coconut flakes (no sugar added!)
Round the cake with banana 🙂
