How I stay healthy while on the go

When I switched jobs, around 5 months ago, on my first week at my new job I got sick. Actually, it was my third day and I had a fever, cold and cough.

I quickly knew I had to come up with something to keep my immune system up and so started trying out some things. My dad swears by Emergen-C and that was the first thing I tried but it wasn’t enough.

Here’s the run down to my “Stay Healthy” morning tea/juice:
How I stay healthy while on the go1. 7oz of water (warm it up!! I do 2min in the microwave)

2. 1 pouch of Emergen-C

3. 2 limes (small green ones)

4. 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar – always “with mother” 

Mix it up and drink it before coffee. Let’s be real, sometimes I forget to drink it in the mornings but I just drank one at 6pm and it burns just as great!

This drink has helped me not get sick. I start out getting sick and then this drink kills it so I’m recommending it if you feel like you are about to get a cold or have a sore throat 🙂
