Hi there again! Welcome back to A Hint of Life! I’m SO SO SO happy to write this blog post! I got to work with this brand last year and really fell in love with the flavor of their products and the story behind the brand Celestial Seasonings (read here for a little recap). I love anything family owned/operated so that’s one of reasons they have my heart! Also, they have a wide array of healthy teas with caffeine and gluten free, no artificial flavors, colors or artificial preservatives.
Let’s take a look at my favorite healthy teas:
My all-time favorite tea from Celestial Seasonings is the Chamomile Honey. I love chamomile but the added bonus of honey is incredible. Actually, before I discovered Celestial Seasonings, Luis used to make me regular chamomile tea and he added honey to it. So, now we don’t have to! Problem solved.
I have been battling a cold so sleepy time collection made a lot of sense for me.
Here are the 3 sleepytime healthy teas I tried this time around:
- Sleepytime Extra: Promotes relaxation, caffeine and gluten free, no artificial flavors, colors or artificial preservatives. *with calming valerian
- Sleepytime Detox: Promotes natural cleansing, caffeine and gluten free, no artificial flavors, colors or artificial preservatives. *with aloe, green rooibos and dandelion root
- Sleepytime Sinus Soother: Promotes respiratory comfort, uplifting menthol aroma and flavor, caffeine and gluten free, no artificial flavors, colors or artificial preservatives. *with soothing tulsi and nettle
I have to say, Sleepytime Sinus Soother is my FAVORITE out of all three. Oh my Goodness!! it smells deliciousssss. Like you are in a spa. The aroma kinda makes you want to eat the bag of tea; I’m not joking. Its’ so fresh and minty. When you sip on it, you get this refreshing feeling that immediately makes you want to shut off the computer and doze off to sleep.
Lastly, why do I love Celestial Seasonings so much?
Celestial wellness teas are significantly less expensive than competitors AND they are healthier than other teas out there. I get mine at my local Walmart. Make sure you stop by the tea section next time you are at your Walmart and get yourself some Sleepytime tea. You won’t regret it 🙂
